Phatthalung
Regarded as the birthplace of the shadow theater and the Nora dance, Phatthalung is spirited with incredible local performing arts. Visitors can observe the making of delicate crafts of shadow play and buy them as a souvenir from the Shadow Play Handicrafts Village. Phatthalung is characterized by towering limestone-mountains, which hosts myriad caves used for meditation, and flat rice growing areas. Khao Ok Thalu offers the amazing panoramic view of the city from the top of the mountain.
