Pattani Central Mosque South Thailand

Built in 1954, this is the largest and most beautiful mosques in Thailand. The construction of this mosque took almost nine years.

Located on Yarang Road on Yarang - Pattani route in Pattani Mucipality

Direction

By car: Take Highway No.410 or go to Pipit Road, turn right, and go along this road for 500 meters

Highlights

The western architecture with similarity to the Taj Mahal of India with the big dome in the centre and four small ones surrounding, a big pond in front of the mosque, and a large hall and two sided corridors inside

Open daily from 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

Other Info

The mosque closes during 12.00 p.m. to 2 p.m. on every Friday.
