The park has a zigzag mountain range. Khao Luang peak is the highest peak in southern Thailand. It was the winner of Thailand Tourism Award in the natural destination category in 1998.

Location

At Karom waterfall, Khao Kaeo, Amphoe Muang, Nakhon Si Thammarat

Direction

By car: From the town of Nakhon Sri Thammarat, take Highway No. 4015 to Lansaka about 28 km, notice a sign on your right hand side indicating the turn off to the Park Headquarters
