Located approximately 17 km from Phuket City

Direction

By car: From Bangkok, take Highway No.4 (Phetchakasem Road) through Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani and Phang-nga, then cross the Thep Krasattri Bridge or Sarasin Bridge to Phuket Island, with total distance of 862 km
By bus: Take air-conditioned or non air-conditioned buses from Bangkok's Southern Bus Terminal to Phuket

Kata Yai Beach: Two-kilometer long beach, made of fine white sand which gently slopes away into the blue waters of the Andaman Sea
Kata Noi Beach: A much smaller bay, only ten minutes walk away from Kata Yai, with lush green jungle covering mountains surround the beach
Ko Pu: A small uninhabited island located off Laem Sai with rich coral reef snorkeling spots along the islands
