This village was once home to Ho Chi Minh, the former President of Vietnam, who wanted an asylum here while working to restore independence of his country during 1923 to 1931.

By car: Drive from the town of Nakhon Phanom, take Highway No.22 to Sakon Nakhon and then go further to Udonthan until reaching the direction sign of Thai-Vietnamese Friendship Village
