Sala Mai Thai is a part of the project to commemorate the 60th birth anniversary of H.M. the Queen. This silk center has been established to preserve the Northeast cultures and promote silk products of I-San.

By car: From Khon Kaen’s downtown, take Highway No.2 (Khon Kaen-Khorat) and drive for 44 kilometers. turn right at Ban Phai Intersection to Highway No. 229 and go further for another 11 kilometers to Sala Mai Thai, on the left opposite to Kong Kaeo Lake
