Phu Rua National Park

This National Park spreading across 75,525 square km has a vast pine-covered plain. It is situated 1,365 meters above sea level.

Location

Nongbua, Amphoe Phu Ruea, Loei

Direction

By car: Drive 52 kilometers from Loei, taking Highway No. 203 to Amphoe Phu Rua, then turn right and further to about 4 kilometers to the Park Headquarters
By bus: Take a bus from Mochit 2 station to Loei, which departs everyday

Observation points, waterfalls, rock gardens, and caves
Pha Lon Noi, which offers a spectacular sunrise and beautiful scenery
Pha Sub Thong, a very steep cliff, Namtok Huai Phai, a 30 meter-high waterfall
