Wat Chedi Luang is the 14th century temple, situated where the City Pillar Shrine is located. It houses the largest Chedi in Chiang Mai.

By car: From Bangkok, use Highway No. 1 then Highway No. 32. Take Highway No. 117 heading to Phitsunulok and then take Highway No. 11 for another 695 km to Chiang Mai city
