The park occupies an area of 180 square km in Mae Taeng Sub-district of Chiang Mai and Pai Sub-district of Mae Hong Son. It commands a stunning view of seas covered with mist, flower beds and Lisu tribal people.

By car: From Mae Hong Son town center, drive along Mae Malai-Pai Road to Km. 65-66, and take a 6-km access road to the park office
