This temple is in the municipal area by the Bang Pakong River. It was built in late Ayutthaya Period, with its original name of “Wat Hong”

Located on the west bank of the Bang Pakong River, 2 kilometers south of the city hall, Chachoengsao

By car:- From Bangkok, use highway No. 304, via Min Buri, with the distance of 82 kilometers to Chachoengsao
By bus:- Take a bus from Morchit 2 Bus Terminal, which leaves every 40 minutes during 6.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.

Highlights

Phra Phutthasothon or Luang Pho Sothon, the important Buddha image in the attitude of meditation with a width of 1.65 meters and a height of 1.48 meters
The present chapel , a new, beautiful, and gigantic building which has replaced the old one. The chapel actually depicts the style of the applied Rattanakosin period
