Day 1: Interlaken/Grindelwald Arrival
Arrive at the airport or Swiss border on day 01 of your Peaks of the World Tour. From here, you board the onward Second Class train to Interlaken or Grindelwald as per your choice. Upon arrival, check in to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2: Interlaken/Grindelwald - Jungfraujoch Excursion
Full day excursion trip to Jungfraujoch hill that is one of the most popular peaks of the world. Perched at an altitude of nearly 11,000 feet, the mountain is also famously known as ‘The Top of Europe’. Spend time enjoying the picturesque beauty of the snow-covered Alps from the summit. Evening, return to Interlaken or Grindelwald and stay for the night.
Day 3: Interlaken/Grindelwald – Zermatt
Zermatt is the next stopover in your tour to famous peaks of Switzerland. Check out from hotel and transfer to Zermatt via Brig passing through the Lotschberg Tunnel. Upon arrival, check in to hotel and spend the remaining day enjoying the serene surroundings of Zermatt and the panoramic vistas of the famous Matterhorn peak. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4: Zermatt
You have yet another day in your tour packages for Switzerland to spend in Zermatt. Transfer to Gornergrat on board the cogwheel railway. Here you will witness the beauty of some of the most spectacular peaks of the world perched as high as 13,000 ft.
These include Matterhorn, Mont Blanc and other such beautiful Alpine peaks of Switzerland. Return to hotel for night stay.
Day 5: Departure
Today is the last day of Switzerland tours to the famous peaks and you check out from hotel to proceed to the airport or Swiss border from where you continue your journey back home. Alternatively, you may also choose to extend your tour package and travel within Switzerland for some more time (on request). Peaks of the World Tour ends.
