Day 1:Zurich - Zermatt.
Arrive in Zermatt from Zurich. Situated at the foot of the Matterhorn, Zermatt lets you enjoy the serene beauty of the majestic mountain. It is a car free zone and the only transports available are the electric cars and horse drawn sleighs. After arrival, check in at the hotel and sped the rest of the day exploring the village. Have an overnight stay at Zermatt.


Day 02: Zermatt - Gornergrat
On the second day of your Alpine Heights Tour you will have breakfast and then set out to discover the natural beauty of Zermatt. Board the Gornergrat train that takes you to the top of the 3’089m Gornergrat from Zermatt. The train will take you through aromatic stone pine, alpine meadows and larch forests. Explore 29 4,000 meter high mountains covered with snow. Watch out the breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. Return to the hotel in the afternoon. Have an overnight stay in Zermatt.

Day 03: Zermatt - Interlaken
Post breakfast travel to Interlaken by train. Visit the various tourist attractions of Interlaken. Explore the Hoheweg, a place dotted with cafes, hotels and stores that sell designer jewelry and watches. Also, visit Lake Brienz and Lake Thun. Have an overnight stay in Interlaken.


Day 04: Interlaken – Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe
Have breakfast and then board the train to Kleine Scheidegg via Lauterbrunnen. Reach the highest station in Europe by the famous Jungfrau railway. Watch out the captivating snow peaks of Jungfraujoch, top of the Europe. Also, visit the Ice Cave having various ice formations or explore the snow on the glacier. Have a meal in any of the restaurants on the Jungfraujoch. Then return to Interlaken by train with an optional stoppage at Grindelwald. Have an overnight stay at Interlaken.


Day 05: Interlaken - Luzern
On the 5th day of your Alpine Heights Tour you will board the Brunig Express from Interlaken to Lucerne. Have fun exploring the sightseeing in Lucerne. Visit the Lion Monument, IMAX theatre and Swiss Transport Museum. Have an overnight stay in Lucerne.

Day 06: Luzern – Mt. Titlis
Travel by train to Engelberg, just 1 hour away. Take a ride in the world’s first revolving cable car that will take you to the top of Switzerland’s highest vantage point offering you a 360 degree view. Return to Luzern in the evening. Have an overnight stay at Luzern.

Day 07: Luzern - Zurich
Spend the day exploring Lucerne. Visit places like the Lion Monument, 700 year old wooden Chapel Bridge and Luzern’s Malls. Try buying some famous souvenirs like Swiss watches, Swiss chocolate and Swiss Cheese. Then return to Zurich by train. Have an overnight stay at Zurich.

Day 08: Departure from Zurich
Last day of your Alpine Heights Tour with a sumptuous breakfast followed by a departure to the airport from where you will board the flight back home or choose to continue staying in Switzerland.
