Blenheim Country Lodge Hotel

Marlborough
is an exciting place to live and to visit. Over the years, so many things
have developed for visitors to see and do. From the rugged Kaikoura coast to
the South, where you can go whale watching and swim with the dolphins ...
through to experiencing our world-class Sauvignon Blancs and Chardonnays in
New Zealand's largest grape-growing district. We have the beauty of the
Marlborough Sounds where you can cruise the Sounds sipping wine and spoiling
yourself to our fine selection of Marlborough cheeses, mussels and freshly
caught salmon. It may sound tempting, but seeing and experiencing this
exciting part of the world has to be done before you can fully realise its
beauty and charm.
The Blenheim Country Lodge Hotel is a privately owned hotel. It is a family
business filled with people who really do care about their guests. All team
members take pride in what they do, with many staff being very long serving.
These people work hard to make your stay an enjoyable one. Our goal is to
provide a high standard of accommodation in a very friendly, efficient yet
relaxed atmosphere. We pride ourselves on the presentation of our facilities
and the service, which we provide. Our establishment is small enough to
receive personal service but large enough to not intrude on your privacy.
Picton Beachcomber Inn
Picton Beachcomber Inn is positioned right on the waterfront of Picton,
just 2 mins away from the main street. The township is surrounded by the
bush-fringed beauty of the Queen Charlotte Sound and is full of interest and
history. The sheltered waters of the Sounds are a boaties paradise, while
others who prefer to explore the Sounds on foot will find many scenic walks.
This area is also well known for many world famous wineries. Well known to
many New Zealand travellers is also the 'Edwin Fox', the last surviving
wooden sailing ship that brought settlers to New Zealand.
