About Greece

Athens was declared as the capital of Greece in 1834 after Nafplion and Aegina .Athens is decked with some of the world’s traditional destinations and spots. It is located at the basin of Attica or (Lekanopedio Attikis) in Greek surrounded from the North West by the mount Aegaleo. As per Greece Map, Athens is positioned almost in the middle of the Greek mainland between the regions of Sterea Hellas to the north and Peloponnesus to the South. The Saronic Gulf surrounds the east coasts of Athens and Attica. Whereas
the mountains of Parnitha and Penteli are festooned in the North, North east and the mount Hymettus placed to the south East of Athens.
